Please allow 3-7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
- Standard shipping times are 7 to 30 days for the majority of developed countries depending on conditions & potential delays; which although rare unfortunately do happen.
- U.S - 7 to 21 Business Days.
- U.K - 7 to 21 Business Days.
- CAN - 7 to 25 Business Days.
- AUS - 7 to 25 Business Days.
- NZ - 7 to 25 Business Days.
- Rest of the World - 15 to 60 Days.
All Shipping times are estimated in business days & do not account for weekends, holidays or mandatory closures due to unforeseen events.
- There are some locations we ship to which may take up to 2 months for full delivery this is very rare however as some countries have less developed postal infrastructure please be advised of these potential long shipping times.
- We are currently having our distribution handled by a partner in China. This allows us the ability to source our bamboo locally, create our brushes & ship worldwide for an affordable rate as of right now. We hope to one day soon offer local worldwide shipping for all the many countries we receive support from.
- There is a good chance you will receive your order sooner as opposed to later however there are circumstances out of control (Customs & Clearance holds, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience which are out of our hands. The good news is these issues are very rare & unlikely to happen.

- We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. If you are having issues tracking your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org & we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
- You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email email@example.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
- If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information or notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
